Perfect for an Easter celebration, these egg-filled birds' nests will put a twinkle into any child's eye.
1. Cover a large countertop area or 2 large baking sheets with waxed paper.
2. In the top pan of a double boiler over hot but not boiling water, melt the chocolate chips, stirring until smooth. Add the peanut butter, vanilla and cereal, stirring until the peanut butter has melted and the mixture is well blended. 3. Remove from the heat. Quickly drop by spoonfuls onto the waxed paper. Using a thumb or the back of a spoon, make an indention in the center of each candy. Lightly press 2 to 5 brightly colored jellybeans or miniature candy eggs into each indentation before the chocolate cools completely. Cool. Store in an airtight container.
